Privacy notice
Obris Audit is a free website score with a paid full report behind it, run by Obris Launch LLC. This page says, in plain words, what it collects, why, who else handles it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

What is collected
- The website address you ask to have scored.
- Your email address, so the score can be sent to you and you can come back to it.
- Your name, only if you gave it on the form at obris.co. The scanner itself never asks for one.
- Your internet address (IP address), used only to keep the scanner fair, so no one person can run it without limit.
- The report the scan produces: the score, the findings and the pages they refer to. It is built from the public pages of the website you named, read the way any visitor's browser would read them.
- If you buy the full report, your payment goes to Stripe. We are told that you paid and the email you used; we never see or hold your card details.
What it is used for
- Running the scan and showing you the result.
- Emailing you your score, once per report, with a link back to it.
- Selling and delivering the full report if you choose to buy it, and sending the reports that come with a three-pack.
- Keeping the service fair and working: limits per visitor and per website, and finding a problem when something goes wrong.
- Understanding how the service is used, in aggregate. The analytics tool below is told which pages were opened and which buttons were used, never your email address or the website you scanned.
Your address is never sold, rented or added to a mailing list. You get the score you asked for and, if you bought a report, what comes with it. Anything else we would like to send you, we ask first.
Who else handles it
A few services do part of the work. Each receives only what it needs for its part.

How long it is kept

These are not aspirations: the scanner removes each of them on that schedule, every hour, on its own.
What the scan reads, and does not
The scan reads only public pages, the way any visitor's browser would. It follows the site's
robots.txt, never logs in, never fills in forms, and never reads anything a search engine could
not. If a site asks crawlers to stay away, it is not scanned at all. There is more on the

What not to put in
The form wants a website address and an email. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else should be entered. In particular, no health information, no patient details and nothing about anyone other than the business being scored. This service is not built to hold that kind of information and is not the place for it.
Removing your information
Write to info@obris.co from the address you used, with the website you scored, and the scan, the report and your details are removed. If you own a website that was scanned and would rather it were not, the same address works, and the crawler page shows the one line that keeps the scanner away for good.
Analytics, and how to opt out
These pages use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons get used. It is never told your email
address, your name or the website you scored. To stop your own device being counted, open any page here
with ?notme on the end of its address once; the choice is remembered on that device.
